Muscle Spasms

Hi!
I started working out regularly in June, and I have noticed that I get these annoying muscle spasms in my arms and legs the day after a good workout. They aren't painful--just irritating. Is there something I need to add to my diet or a supplement I should take to avoid these?

I would start by making sure I was drinking plenty of water and then see if it goes away before I looked to any type of supplements0

Have you tried eating a banana after your workout? Maybe you need a tad more potassium in your diet. Also, be sure and drink lots of water, if you aren't already.
I've had those spasms after a workout and they are not fun! Hope yours go away soon!0 -

I have not been as good about drinking my water as I should--especially considering the heat! I also love bananas--so I will try that as well!0 -
I agree..Definitely get plenty of water and eat a banana.0
