That's a tough one. hang in there. Been there. This is what worked for me. Drop a few calories, no more than 200 a day. Add 15 or so minutes more exercise. Don't let yourself get too hungry. Change up your eating a bit, Maybe add a few more fruits and vegetables. Drink more water. It's what worked for me. Good luck.

Thank you for your post. I was sitting here thinking about posting similar frustrations. I haven't lost any weight in the past month and in fact have gained some of my weight back... :(( I am so disappointed in myself and discouraged as well. I always get to a certain point and am going along great and then somehow end up sabatoging my own success. Now I feel like I have to start all over again. ugh... I think for me I just need to get back into a routine again and wait for the mental shift to happen. You know just force myself to count calories and work out until I love counting calories and working out... it just seems so impossible right now.

Keep your chin up though.. you are not alone. Maybe its time to make some small changes in your eating habits or work outs. Try adding in an extra day of cardio or eating more veggies...you have to figure out what will work for you, but you can do it!!! Just don't give up!!!

I don't know when you started but I had a 4 weeks stretch my second month and seemed to be stuck on one number. I just kept at it and ignored the scale and didn't change anything. In the 5th week it started coming off again. When I went back and averaged how much weight I had lost and divided it by the weeks since I started it averaged exactly my goal of 1.5 pounds per week. Now I am back to about 1.5 pounds per week.

It is nice to see those large numbers coming off the first few weeks and then it takes a little while for the fat loss to catch up with the initial water losses. Don't get discouraged, as people will tell you the scale is not always an accurate indicator to what changes are going on.
