Crunchy Carb Snack for Hummus/light cheese?

Crackers are good, but they have flour, which is high carb and not-so-great for you. I like brown rice crackers and sweet potato pop cips. Pop chis are made with potatoes but they're popped not fried, so they're better for you

I know, I need to stay away from the crackers. Honestly, I don't even eat all of the carbs that this thing gives me to eat anymore, but I don't like my veggies with cheese or hummus, I like them plain... so I either need a miracle cracker that is low cal, or other things like this pop chip idea that are crunchy but light!0 -

pepperidge farms baked naturals pretzel thins, i think 110-120 calories for like 11 of them.
kashi pita crisps with sea salt (same calories as above give or take)

Smart food has a hummus chip made from garbanzo beans that I enjoy...great with laughing cow cheese0

Wheat Thins are super low in calories and so yummmy!
Also try "Food Should Taste Good- Sweet Potato Chips" now i think that is the brand name it is something like that.
But they are also very yummy and i love them with salsa also very low in carbs.0 -
I love Kavli garlic crispbread. I usually eat 3 of these (they are big too) with a wedge of Laughing Cow light cheese on top. What a yummy snack and very low calorie!
