I want to share the new treat I made!

You'll need:
1 ripe peach
5 tsp. packed brown sugar
1 pat of butter
1 cup of greek yogurt (I used Chobani 0% plain)

Cut the peach off of the pit, and into small pieces/cubes. In a saute pan, add the butter over medium heat. Once it starts to melt add the cut peaches and the brown sugar. Cook until sauce becomes caramel-like.

In two containers, portion out 1/2 cup of greek yogurt. Divide the finished caramelized peach mixture over the yogurt. Mix.

Freeze.

Makes 2 servings.

(Note: I find it best to pull out of the freezer and put it in the fridge for a few hours until it thaws enough to eat.)
