I just got through thoroughly cleaning three rooms in my house (2 bathrooms and one large bedroom) which I feel I did a lot of exercise activity such as bending, reaching, vacuuming, washing windows and walls, etc. Should I count this as part of my exercise activity for the day as I really did work up a sweat and if so, how do I log it in? Thanks for any input you have.

You can do a search for house cleaning and it gives you a couple of choices..moderate or heavy I believe. I only count it when I haven't walked that day.

if you have a heart rate monitor you could attach that next time you do the housework...will give you a more accurate example of what your burnt...I don't usually log housework...but its no reason not to considering it's extra activity out of the normal day to day...
