I had a different profile.....got frustrated with myself....deleted the profile because I was mad. Now I want my friends and some encouragement back! Help me lose these 70 pounds!

I dont have a problem with food so much as a sedentary job leading to poor motivation. HEEELLLPPPPPP!!! what are people doing to keep motivated. I work 10hour days mon-Thurs. I'm tired by the weekend.

Something that helped me & another friend was to "schedule" your workout times & keep them just like you would keep an important Dr. appt or something. No canceling or rescheduling. Working 10 hr days makes it tough so try to get at least a 30 min cardio in before you get settled in for the night. Get longer workouts in Fri - Sun.0 -

You can all add me as well as I too am just returning. I was doing great for a couple of weeks and lost 13 pounds, then the bottom dropped out of my world when I was notified of a family member being diagnosed with cancer. I resorted to my old ways of eating to cover the pain and sadness... haven't weighed yet, but have probably gained back all that I lost and then some... of course, eating all the wrong foods does not mean that it stayed down. Any words of encouragement both for weight loss and coping with this sadness would be appreciated.0
