    i love swing dancing. and it's really good for you. you'll burn a lot of calories that way. it's kind of funny because, as opposed to most everyone else, i immediately assumed this was a thread about swing dancing. :laugh:

    It's AWESOME!!! (The dancing, that is!) Great fun, great exercise, great social activity - just plain GREAT! It'll boost your self esteem, too, because you get to learn moves you'd never think you'd be able to do! We did a crash course for my school's graduation party and in about two hours the guys were tossing the girls up in the air and twirling like crazy and we all felt so cool and 1930's-ish! If you live near UCF, they have "Swing Nights" for $6 ($1 for a lesson, $5 for the dance) open to the public every Saturday night. You should definitely get into it!
