Anyone? Bueller....Bueller?? I just started it in the last couple of weeks...mostly just the eating and working out on my own. The diet is really easy to follow it just takes some planning. Anyone had any luck with it???

I lost about 15 pounds in 6 weeks 5 years ago with Body for Life. I liked it. The recipes were pretty good. I still use some of the principles and recipes now. Good Luck with it.0

It's a great starter program. Easy to follow easy to understand. Doable from home. You can buy the book for about a dollar on Amazon.
You don't have to buy all that EAS crap, though.
Also, don't expect to lose pounds like crazy. Expect that you'll look great. You'll lose inches all over the place, you'll be firm and hot. But if you're in a weight loss competition that person eating a celery stick and convenience store "cappucino" all day is the one who'll win. That's ok, what you're doing is sustainable and actually healthy, and in the end you'll really win out.

About 10 years ago, when I first realized I let my weight after high school get out of control I did Body For Life. I knew nothing about nutrition then, so it was easy to start out with knowing at each meal I needed a protein, starch and a vegetable.0

Bill Philips is what got me to nitially lose all my weight. I think it's still one of he absolute best programs out there.
My understanding is hat that book launched all the stuff we have now from Beach Body. It was revolutionary back in the 80's. It's still relevant, I think. To me, P90X is kind ofthe modern version of it.0 -
My husband got it for me, good stuff!!!!0
