After 6 months using MFP and having wonderful support via family and "pals" I am 1/2 way to my goal. I feel great and it gets easier and easier every day. In past "diets", I gave up....I wouldn't allow myself to have foods I liked, I thought I had to eat salad all the time. I eat healthy most of the time, but still allow myself things I enjoy like pizza, etc.
I walk every day, and try and jog a little and swim a few days a week. Instead of looking at it as a diet this time, I completely changed the way I look at things, portion control and moderation is the key. Feel free to add me!
