always on the run.... healthy tips?

Hi I drive all over the place, I make a lot of stops during the day, I take fruit and water with me, but the freaken drive thrus are soooo convinient. I go to the gym but my weight is pretty steady.... frustrating. Any other people on the run all the time have any advice?

    I take stuff with me - english muffin with almond butter. Almonds or trail mix.
