Turbo Fire vs. Insanity

I am in the market to purchase either Turbo Fire or Insanity. I have already completed P90X and am looking for something more cardio based.

Interested to hear people's thoughts and comparisons about these two! Which did you like better? Which did you see more results in? Success stories from either/or?

Thanks! :)

I did insanity. Started 2/12 weighed in @ 260lbs. 5/12 weighed 240lbs. only problem I had with insanity is that it made my knees hurt a lot. might consider knee support when or if u decide to go with insanity.

I've done both, although I didn't complete Turbo Fire and am only in week four of Insanity. With that being said, if you like kickboxing, dancing, and fun music - Turbo Fire is your program. If you enjoy being completely thrown out of your comfort zone and love working HARD/SWEATING than try Insanity.

They are both great workouts and you should see results with doing either one. I just decided I wanted something more challenging, so I could possibly see quicker results.

Turbo Fire is my favorite workout. It's got so much to offer. It's fun, energizing, and motivating. I completed the program last year and I am going to start up again. It's got great music, fun moves and an awesome instructor! Chalene gets you through it!

I have done both....you will get a good work out with either...Insanity is much harder than Turbo Fire...depending on your fitness level, maybe you could start wtih Turbo fire and then go to Insanity. After having done Insanity a couple of times, I use Turbo fire for a good work out, that isn't as taxing as Insanity...kind of consider TF a recovery work out.

Insanity!!! You will see definition like crazy!!!!! All you need is a mat, and less than 1 hr a day!

    Is a KILLER workout!

I have not done Turbo Fire, but I love Insanity. It is great cardio with just enough strenth resistence to avoid losing muscle. It is tough at first, but so worth it. If you have done P90X you can most likely handle Insanity. Hey, I'm doing it and I am way overweight and was so out of shape before I started.
