Is anybody going to start the P90X series for their New Year Challenge?

    In 2010 I'm going to get at least 8 hours sleep every night...

    So are you doing the FULL 90 day program or are you just doing random workouts? I know it is tough!

    I started Power 90, and won't be through before the New Year, but once I complete it I will be moving onto P90X. It'll be closer to Valentine's Day. I chose not to wait till New Years for my resolution, I needed the changes now.
  • I think just the ab ripper. I love it. I'm really concentrating on that area right now... I don't think I could do the whole program yet...

    I understand! I have had the P90X program for a year but did the plyometric workout mainly! The reason I never really did it was because I was leading a fitness class and I bought the program off ebay from a guy in China who ripped me off. He did NOT send the workout calender nor the chin up bar, needless to say I was not the only one he ripped and was banned from ebay(anyway under that identity).So I did not quite know where to begin and what workouts followed the other etc, now I do thanks to a MFP member! BUT I have done the insane INSANITY SERIES !! That put the plyometrics workout to shame! If you want a KICK BUTT CARDIO workout that is what you need to drop the fat!! I swear it is awesome!!!
