Getting started...

I just joined MFP today. I have been losing weight with Weight Watchers since May 15, 2011 and am down 110 pounds so far. My weight loss has slowed to a crawl and I need to shake things up. I am hoping that by tracking my calories, I will be able to identify problem areas in my weight loss efforts. This looks like a great site to use. I am looking forward to seeing the scale continue to go down. Ultimately, I need to lose 50 more pounds to be in the middle of my healthy weight range.

My profile shows my before photo on the left and my current photo. I feel great, but have a long way to go!

    Awesome. You have done great so far and you will continue to do well! I like this place. Lots of great items in the database. Do check the items, though. Some are incorrect or have wrong macros.
