Spaghetti squash is perfect for you. Just 45 calories a cup.
How I cook it.
Cut the squash in half
Put salt and pepper in the inside
Place inside down on a baking pan
Cook untill it looks a bit burnt
Take it out of the oven and stick a fork in it and see if it's soft
Then scrape the fork across it
And u have spaghetti
Add tomato sauce (it's not included in the 45 calories a cup)

I've tried this ... so delicious ... I just wish spaghetti squash wasn't so expensive!!
Shirataki noodles are a good substitute as well, cheaper0 -
