Well the treadmil I've been using 40 minutes a day was just sold because the owner was low on money.
So I need a new excersize that I can do every day, or almost every day. (I stay at my boyfriends 2-3 days a week)

I was thinking of getting the 30 day shred, so I just have some questions.

How much room will I need to complete all the excersizes? The only place I can work out is in my shed, which is filled with junk..

How many minutes a day is it?

Will it still work if I only do it 4 days a week or so? Like I said, I'm half living with my partner right now >.<

Thaaaank you :)

You don't need a huge room, but you'll need enough space to be able to do lunges back and forth between alternating legs and to jump from side to side for the skaters. The other exercises, like skipping on the spot, or push-ups, only require a space the length of your body.

The workout is supposed to be 20 minutes but if you include warm up and cool down, it's 27.

I did it 5x a week and I noticed pretty big results.
  • Are you talking about Jillian Michael's 30 day shred? If yes, I love it and it works!! You don't need much room and only hand weights and a mat, for floor exercises if you're in a shed working out.

Hardly any space, 30mins a day and it is a good workout regardless of doing it everyday or 4 days a week.

    Hey :)

30 day shred is good, i did not do it everyday, i generally did it 5 days a week and did cardio the other 2. I found that it was quite good for toning and core strength I lost a decent amount of cm, but lost virtually no weight.

I have a space about 2 metre X 3 metre and it is a tight squeeze, it would definately be the minimum space needed!

You will need a good half hour to complete it.

Hope this helps & gluck :)

    ^^^ This ^^^.

Go for it - a great short, sharp, shock, prgramme which I still mix and match with other stuff at least twice a week
