MONDAY WEIGH IN

I wish to start weigh in on Mondays here for accountability. To give motivation and discuss how the week went. Please join this thread and support each other.Similar to the Weight Watchers weigh in.:smile:

SW- 192.9 lbs today.

First weigh in will be July 30th.

    I can do this although I only weigh in every other monday. My next weigh in will be the 30th so I'll join this thread.

    There are lots of groups that have a weigh in on a certain day of the week. I used to belong to the group "Pin-up Girls" where the moderator posts a spread sheet with weights and progress on it. She starts a new sheet about every 9 weeks. Check it out.

    Last Monday: 205 lbs
    Today: 201,7 lbs

    Lost 3 lbs! My goal for next Monday: bye-bye 200s

  • I did really well for this being my first week in the program...
    Last Monday(my first day in the program) 151
    Today..150

    So pumped and excited....

    Reached my goal that was to say "bye" to the 200s :)
    Goal for next week - say goodbye to the 90s in kg (1,3 lbs and I'm there).

    Amazing I was about to step out totally forgot about the thread I had started and as I was about to close the computer I see this in the motivation coloumn.

    7/30- 194.6lbs.

    There is soo much fluctuations in the weight day to day hour to hour that I now have to force myself only to weigh in once a week.If not I will be not concentrating on the lifestyle changes and exercises I do.

    I am so excited! I was really stressing the last few weeks and this past week I relaxed and this was the most I have lost in a week! It felt great!
