Just noticing

When I used to do weight watchers with no exercise, I used to drop like 2 lbs in a week but I still felt like I didn't look how I wanted to. I'm now counting calories and working out 6-7 days a week and I have only lost 1.5lbs in almost a month but I feel like I look so much different. It's crazy how the scale isn't the only indicator...although I would like to see it drop a bit haha. But seriously, I feel like I'm losing inches and my body is starting to change!

It's a common theme. Look at the success section and you'll find many threads about weighing the same at different points in the losing game or even gaining. Look at the pictures, it's becoming toned and fit, not just losing weight.
At the end of the day, it is about being healthy, not just into a weight category.0 -
Thats because your body has more muscle than fat
i wouldnt worry about the scales, if your losing inches that is the main thing

Yep, I've had the same experience. I finished P90X at the beginning of June and while I only lost about 3 or 4 pounds while doing the program, I look a heck of a lot better than I did when I started it. Better enough to wear a bikini at the beach for the first time in probably 7 years. I still would like to see the scale go down a bit, but I know I look and feel better and that's enough for me right now.
Keep up the good work! And thank you for reminding me I need to do my "halfway through Insanity" measurements and pictures this weekend.0
