It sucks that I'm the baker in the family so I have to make all the Christmas cookies:ohwell: !
I decided to try out a new recipe because it was really simple but just didn't seem like a cookie recipe. 1 cup sugar, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 egg, and vanilla extract. Well turns out the cookies are awesome! But at a whopping 183 cal per cookie:sad: .
BUT...I'm so proud of myself because I just at a HALF a cookie to make sure the recipe turned out right. And by my surprise I have been able to resist going back for more! yay me! :drinker:

Some one I know made this same recipe with splenda instead of sugar. I don't know the nutritional values. But when the cookies are made with the splenda, they are very flat, just so you know. They were given to me in a cookie exchange.0
