30 Day Shred Motivation

I started the 30 day shred today and could only do 8 minutes. I did however do 40 minutes of combined fast walking/jogging after my 8 minutes of torture.
Anybody else have trouble betting started? My body just could not do it.

    I just finished day 3. I popped in the DVD Monday, and OMG, I just.couldn't.finish.it. I made it through two circuits and was DEAD. Well, I am happy to tell you that I did all three circuits of level 1 today with only one teency break. I rested for 1 (yes, really only 1) of the push ups. I do the 'easy' modifications, but I'm pretty sure that I'll actually be able to move up to the non-modified exercises before too long.

    I just started 30 day Shred on Monday and I have to agree with you it is hard to keep up but I try to keep moving with some modfied versions of the excercise I can't do until I can build myself up to that level. I also take breaks or do the some of the moves at a slower pace.
  • Yeah upper body exercises are what killed me! I have ZERO upper body strength and really want to build a ton of muscle I nearly died doing the push ups!

    You can do it! Today is my last day of the shred. Push through and you will find yourself getting stronger and having more endurance each day. Keep at it!
