    I weigh every morning but "usually" only record once a week. I find if I do it every day It keeps me on my toes and if I have gained, I know I need to start kicking more bootay! :bigsmile:

    once a week if i remember to put my scale away. every couple days if i don't put the scale away. i only record sundays.

    I just started so I am doing 3 times a week but only counting Mondays.
    I just want to make sure that I am doing the right things so I do mid week weigh ins.

    Every day. I find it helps me figure out what is and is not working as far as my nutrition and exercise go. I think you should do whatever you're comfortable with. Everyone's different.

    Every day, first thing in the mornings. This helps keep me accountable. I only logg my progress once a week though.

    I only count it officially once a week.

    But sometimes I weigh myself after a umm big drop in the bathroom ...just out of curiosity lol

    And sometimes I weigh myself after a run to see how much I sweat out too lol

    but in reality...
    I went from weighing myself once a week in the beginning to every morning now. When I started out, I was too obsessed with the scale and I needed to nip that in the bud. Now I weigh every morning just to see what's what and it doesn't bother me.

    If I'm doing well, everyday. If I've done poorly, I tend to avoid the scale until I think I'm back down.

    laughing at all the people in this thread that it just "went right over their heads" ......

    I love to do it once a day or sometimes twice but usually I am just too dang tired .... 2-3x wk tops...
