    Pumpkin Pie!!!!! about 200 calories

1/4 cup pumpkin puree (I use libby's canned)
1/4 cup vanilla or plain protein powder
1 cup almond milk (use vanilla flavor if you need it sweet) or fat free milk... but it's not as good
    1 tbsp gound flax seed
1/2 frozen banana (freeze in chunks the night before or keep on hand always)
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or any mixture of ginger, nutmeg cinnamon etc)
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
if you need it sweeter, stevia or one of those sweeteners are ok in this too but I don't use them anymore
1 tbsp sugar free vanilla pudding powder is a possible addition too if you want it.

I'm pretty simple. 1 scoop of protein power, 1 cup OJ, 1 cup of skim milk for my post workout drink. If I'm using it as a meal replacement, I'll add a tbsp of peanut butter, a half scoop of oat bran and maybe a banana and skip the OJ. I like vanilla or chocolate Gold Standard protein powder equally. I'm not very creative, but I've grown to just love the taste of these shakes.

Right now my favourite is strawberry, banana, chia seeds, coconut oil, protein powder and milk. I use to use just berries and a handful of spinach.

I am having one right now actually. My morning Frappe!

    1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 scoop Click Mocha protein powder
8oz Silk Low fat soy milk
1 oz sugar free Torani chocolate syrup
1oz sugar free Torani almond roca syrup
    6 ice cubes

Whiz it up in the blender and put a little SF whipped cream on top....it is better than anything you will get a Starbucks and around 210 calories and 28gms protein.

I couldn't be more thrilled to read these posts. I've been drinking Body Fortress Whey Protein shakes that leave a nasty after-taste, so I'm beyond thrilled to have some new ideas. Thanks!:blushing:

1 cup almond milk unsweetened ( vanilla )
1 scoop favorite protein powder ( I use cake batter flavor)
    1 tbsp powdered peanut butter ( pb2)
2 cups baby spinach ( blend in batches for smoother texture)
    add ice per taste
    188 calories

**This is good by itself or as a base to add fruit...etc**

This is the best breakfast for me! Tastes like a milk shake..unbelievable! :)
