Shorties - What is your goal weight?

I keep changing mine! My start weight in Sept. 2011 was 161.3 lbs (I'm 5 feet 0). So my original goal was 128 lbs so that I would have a healthy BMI. When I reached that, I changed it to 125. Then I changed it to 120. Then I changed it to 115. Now I'm thinking of moving it one last time to 110! Geesh, I can't make up my mind! HA!

You'll know when you get to the right weight. It's all about being comfortable in your own skin and healthy. I'm just under 5'4" and my goal is to be between 130-135. This is based on what my doctor has told me would be healthy for someone of my age and bone structure so that's my target. When I reach it, then I'll re-assess.0

I am 4'11 on a good day and my goal weight is 104 but I am reevaluating that to make it higher...for now, I am sticking to it.0

I'm 5'0 and GW is 120-125. At 128-130 now depending on the day. More specifically aiming for 17-18% body fat.0

That's fantastic that you keep reaching your goal weight and then lower it bit by bit.
That's my plan as well (I'm 5'1) nd trying to get down to 170 and once I've reached that go down to 150, and from there down every 15 pounds till I feel it's a healthy point to stop and not go crazy to be the correct weight my doctor says I need to be cause of my height. I know my body and know I will never look good at 110.

I'm 5'0 and 135. I'm thinking my goal be around 125-120. I'm still "soft in the middle". I'm an apple shape and still having belly issues. I know, can't spot reduce but I'm wondering how low I'm gonna have to go to get rid of it. I'm kinda likin' the rest of me where I'm at i.e. butt, legs, boobs, back. It's frustrating lol0

I am just under 5'1, I told myself if I get to 120 lbs I will reward myself with a belly button piercing, BUT I would really love to be 110 again0

My job is physical and I am constantly walking and lifting. Then I do around 45 minutes of cardio in the afternoons.0

I'm 5' 1" and my goal is currently set at 140 which I hope to reach by my birthday near the end of March 2013.
I think I will set myself a further challenge to get to 125 after that though.0 -
I guess I am short for a guy...
5'4", currentl 137.5lbs. My goal is to be about 120lbs. (This will make me under 10% body fat).
From there, switch to a calorie surplus and start lifting weights.
Ultimately, I would like to be 135 to 140 pounds with about 8 to 10% body fat.0 -
5'0 and 145. I have a bit of muscle, so for me to get down lower I would have to lose muscle and look sickly.0

I'm 5'0." I started at 134 and am at around 107 now (fluctuates a bit day to day). I'd like to be between 100-105 as I still have a bit of a belly. I'm not as concerned with weight that much now, just body fat percentage and what I look like and how my clothes fit. I recently started upping my calories and doing the New Rules of Lifting for Women. I stalled out losing because I was eating 1200 calories a day and working out 7 hours a week, so I'm switching it up!0

I'm 5'8 and my goal is to be at 135-140. I already hit my original weight goal of 155, and was still slightly unhappy, so I decided to go to 135. I'm 146 right now so I only have about 10 more lbs..... any more and I think I would look sickly.0

Same for me! I am 5'2"....started at 138, now am 125....my ultimate goal weight is to be under 120, but I can't seem to break the 125 barrier! I'm going to try adding some light weight-lifting a few times a week. I would be happy even if I stayed at 125, but was more toned. I'd love to hear other suggestions though!0 -

I'm 5'0" with a very small frame, mine is 105 ish.0

5'1" & trying to get back to 100. Gained 5 lbs over the school year & took off one of them. It is a LOT harder than I thought it would be. Have a new strategy of using increasingly heavier weights to develop more muscle mass. At 104, I am shocked to see how much of me is fat & not muscle.0

Im 4ft 10 at he moment m weighing in at 158 have set my first goal to 135 hopefully will be that by christmas then i will re-set to 120 thats probably as low as I can get, just love food too much to be any less0
