New to MFP but not yo-yo Dieting

Hi everyone, I'm a 36 year old yo-yo dieter. Looking to continue making healthier lifestyle changes and be happy with myself. On my own earlier this year I lost 30lbs. I hit a plateau and have remained the same weight for the last few months. I've decided to start the MFP in hopes it will restart my weight loss.
The one thing I've been doing different in the last few months is staying active. I committed to running two half marathons later this year (Aug & Nov 2012) and so far I've been doing a great job. I've never actually stuck to anything related to fitness this long. It's a big improvement for me.
I'd love to add some friends here to help keep each other motivated and accountable !
