HELP! 7Day Diet/Fitness - Need to tone up before vacation!!!

I've lost quite a bit of weight already and have been in the gym 5 days a week for about 1 hour for the last 3 weeks. My fitness regimen consists of spinning class (2X week) or 30 min or elliptical or 40 min on stair climber and then followed by about 20 min of strength training.
My diet has been ok though, I have indulged here and there with something sweet or a cocktail. My calorie intake has not gone more than 1,300 calories though (with exercise).
I leave for vacation August 2nd and I'll be wearing a bikini...my question is what is the best and most effective diet/fitness plan to tone my abs, thighs and butt in 7 days. Any advice or recommendations are great appreciated.

Not sure how far you can get in 7 days but at work we are doing INSANITY and it is really really hard but very very helpful!0
