Always thinking about food

Does any constantly think about food now that they are on a diet? I find myself always thinking about what is going to go in my mouth next now that I am trying to lose weight. Will this ever stop or is this something I will have to get use to? Not to mention being a Chef doesnt help much either. Thanks in advance for any advice:smile:

    I have that problem too... sometimes I start obsessing about it. I try to eat small portions every 2 hours or so... that way, when I start thinking too much about food I just tell myself "you're gonna eat again in a an hour.... quit thinking about it."

    I do think about my food a LOT more often now, but I look at that as a good thing. I'd rather think about ingredients and prep work than take the easy way out and go for fast food. For me it's part of disciplining myself to getting readjusted to the healthy lifestyle I want. It DOES get easier, especially when you make well planned trips to the grocery store!
