Yes, most of us on here have a set amount of calories that we eat per day, but how much do you usually eat to start your day? I assume it would be a percentage and not a set number, so what would it be if mine is at 1200?

Personally my norm is between 200-300 calories on a weekday when I just grab some cheerios or yogart and fruit. On a weekend, however, I tend to go all out with breakfast because they say you should eat your carbs in the morning inorder to allow for your body to naturally work it off thoughout the rest of the day!
Because my cal's are 1840 I aim for 500/meal and then fill my exercise deficit any any left overs with snacking..
Good luck0 -
100 to 150 total, in my coffee. That's it.0

2300

My goal is 2000, I eat 3 meals rather than 6 small meals. I binge less when I get really full at each meal. So I eat about 600 per meal, and I save 200 for a treat at the end of the day0

Sometimes I have more. Today I had some Trix.0 -
If we go with percentages its about 15% for me...usually around 250 calories. I have a calorie goal of 1700.0

I eat 3000+ cals every work out day. Most work out days breakfast is around 475 cals but yesterday it was 965 and I was so full I skipped lunch. I couldn't suggest any thing for you because I dont know any thing about you.0

If I didn't workout @ 5 am then it would be 0. Because I do it's my protein shake at ~250 cals0

800-1000 calories to get my day started.....0

I eat basically the same thing every day: Fiber One, 1/2 cup of milk and fruit. So it's around 210 to 250.0

I either have 1 weetabix with soy milk... and then black coffee. Or I skip breakfast entirely (usually skip it to be honest, in the summer I wake up too late to bother with breakfast, and when uni starts back again i'll have no time as i'll be rushing to get up and go get the bus no doubt!)
edit: so calories work out at just under 150!0 -
140 (2 hard boiled eggs)0

My cal limit is at 1880. I eat about 500-600 cals for breakfast. So around 33.3333%, but I usually workout making it more of 25%0

I usually will eat between 400-600 calories for breakfast. I don't usually eat a big lunch and especially light dinner. My cals are set at 1200, but on average I eat around 1600-1800 due to exercise.0

Personally, I think breakfast should be a hearty sized meal. Eat well for breakfast and lunch and then cut back for dinner. For you, at least 250-300.0
-
That depends. Define "breakfast." I usually don't eat my first meal until about 1PM, and it's usually about 700 calories. But if you define breakfast as "eating right when you wake up," then I eat 0 calories for breakfast.0

Usualy between 400-700, but I almost never eat lunch. I usally do 2 big meals and one snack.0

My 'real' breakfast is at half ten , it also counts as dinner . I have a small bowl of cerial , a croisant and some fruit and green tea that's about 300 cals . At five in the morning I have pure black cofee haha .
Then I eat like salad or fish for tea at four o' clock so my daily average is 500 - 750 .0 -
As its summer and I'm a teenager..I have very long lie ins and don't wake up till 10am so I don't really have breakfast.0
-
My daily goal is 1400-1900 (depending on workouts that day), but I usually aim for ~300-350 at: 8am, 10/10:30am, noon, 4pm-ish....and the remainder around 6/7pm.0
-
Around 300. But I usually have the same thing, 2 eggs w/various veggies and salsa or guac. Coffee w/soy or coconut milk.0
