Guess who hit a plateau?!

That's right, this girl.
I have been trying to educate myself when it comes to how to get off one, but I am hearing a lot of background noise and not a whole lot of definitive answers.
Here's what we are looking at:
SW: 214
CW: 188
GW: 135
Height: 5' 4"
Activity Level: Cardio / Weight Lifting 3x a week
Calorie Intake: 1200-1300
I am a little lost. I do know you can either up the calories or up the activity. I don't believe in beating myself into the ground for results, after all that is how I gave up last time. But does anyone have any experience in this, advice maybe?
I would super appreciate you input.
Thanks!

I need you to define "plateau" here. You've been showing steady losses, including 4 days ago. *utterly puzzled*0

Lots of circuit training will help, like plyometrics jump training maybe you should increase to 5x a week at the gym.0
