    Thanks everyone. :)

    To answer some questions.

    1) I started I think Dec 2010 and it took roughly a year to reach goal. I've been trying to maintain my weight ever since.

    2) As far as exercise, I do a lot of walking and a very big fan of Zumba. I also took Tae Kwon Do for about 6 months and it really did help my tone my muscles and tighten some loose skin areas.
