If you love garlic, this is absolutely delicious

1 kg package frozen peas, defrosted
1/4 onion finely diced
3 big cloves garlic through a press
1/2 lb bacon cut in small pieces and fried, drained
4tbsp real mayonaise, lite
4tbsp sour cream, lite

Don't cook the peas, just defrost. Add onion, minced garlic and bacon
Mix the mayonaise and sour cream together and add.
Best if it sits for at least 4 hours. (10 - 1/2 servings)

I don't see why what wouldn't work. Could also substitute fat free for light sour cream & mayo. Might add a little pepper to give it some zing if you do.
