For baby mama's who had c-sections...

For any of us that have the awesome "shelf," "front butt," "tummy pouch" or whatever you call it. Do you have issues with your clothes staying up particularly when you workout? I know that it has been an on going issue for me and I have finally found one thing that helps a lot! I got a couple of the belly bands (I have started to see the same thing in stores for non-pregos to hide muffin top) when I was pregnant with my 2nd baby and I now put one of those on before I put my workout clothes on. It doesn't help nearly as much if I wear it over my pants or shorts as it does if I put it on under them.

Have you found anything else that helps or am I alone in this being a problem?

    No problem, it's one of those things that I don't like to put out there but if it can help somebody else...
