What would you recommend...

for breakfast ? I was thinking of a yoplait yogurt but idk what else to have with it?:happy:

    Greek yogurt and granola, whole wheat toast with peanut butter, oatmeal, omelet with lots of veggies, anything with lots of protein to keep you full through mid morning. Breakfast should be a good sized meal.

    Sometimes I use my cereal in yogurt instead of milk. I eat FiberOne which has 60 calories and 14 grams of fiber in a half cup. It looks like cardboard, but tastes ok.

    My favorite healthy breakfast is cheese toast and tomatoes. I use whole grain bread and low-fat cheese slices, toast it under the broiler then top with sliced Roma tomatoes or have some cherubs on the side. Yummy!!
