My wife has a real good chocolate recipe from scratch, put it in the recipe calculater and came up with roughly 331 cals per piece. We decided to try reduce the cals and here is what we came up with. Just ate a piece (Still warm) with some fat free cool whip on it, it was very tasty!

Low Cal Chocolate cake 15 peices (9x13 pan) 80 cals each

Pillsbury - All-Purpose Flour, 2 cup
Cocoa - Hershy's dark chocolate Dry powder, unsweetened, 1/3 cup
Water - 1 cup
Egg, Large , 2 large egg
Vanilla extract - Imitation, no alcohol, 2 tsp
Silk - Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 cup
Great Value (Walmart) 32 oz - Distilled White Vinegar, 1 TBSP
Great Value - Light Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt, 6 oz
Arm & Hammer - Pure Baking Soda, 3 teaspoon
Great Value - Granulated No Calorie Sweetener, 2 cups

Pour in 9'x13' pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes

If that was the case...I'd make 5.

Just had another piece tonight for dessert with a tbs of fat free cool whip for a whopping 88 cals! I think it is better today. If anybody tries this I am curious what you think too. It is a little heavier then the original fattening recipe, but even my kids like it!

My mother in law made this for my birthday cake. It was awesome! The texture came out more brownie like. And the cake was flatter than a regular one. But it was great! Everyone loved it. I added whipped Betty Crocker frosting. Thank you SO much for posting this!
