For those who have read the book or are at least familiar with the 20 rules... which ones do you agree with or don't agree with?

- I'm not crazy about "no carbs after noon"

-I like the idea of drinking a big glass of water before every meal

    I'm actually just now reading it!! I LOVE Bob! I really like the eat fruit everyday and drinking water everyday. However, those seem more like common sense than rules! I haven't gotten very far though!
