I've been going to yoga for a few months, but feel like I still have a long way to go as there are lots of poses I can't do very well and am often unsure if I am doing it right. Today in class there were a few new people and the instructor was trying to explain how your foot, hip & shoulder should be in on straight line in the deep lunge pose and he walked over to me to use as an example of how it should look! It's nice to know there is at least one pose I can do well.
