To log,or not to log?! help!

so,tomarrow im going to be at a waterpark all day.
witch means im burning lots of calories,good right?!
but should i log them or not?

    I say yes, because I believe you're suppose to eat back those exercise calories. Other wise you'll eat like 1,200 and burn 1,300 And you're body won't have enough to function properly.
    I think that makes sense lol

    Yes you should. MFP has some good general swimming that can be logged as exercise.

    I say ALWAYS log your calories.

    The day I stop logging I always fall off the wagon. Plus, it's good to see the real numbers in front of you instead of in your head which can be too forgiving sometimes.

    Log everything, and make up for the food (if you need to) when you get home. Easy!

    Log. I find that it makes me think twice about eating anything too greasy or sugary because I don't want to log it in. So it makes you more accountable. It also makes you aware of how much cal you eat on a day that you don't "pre-plan" your meals.

    I don't log anything that is not intended exercise. To each their own.
