exercise ideas?

I need some exercise ideas cardio and strengthing. Im not very good at keep a schedule but im going to try super hard. I dont have any equipment and sometimes things get hard because of my back but im willing to try.

I made a hula hoop (though you can buy them pretty cheap) and have been doing a mixture of that with light weights, yoga/pilates.
I have back issues too and though I love going to classes (tried a bootcamp most recently) I am a bit competitive and kept causing flare ups of old injuries, so I have had to find other means of motivating myself. It's challenging but you can do it. When all else fails a line on the ground and some music- stepping over the line, jumping, crisscrossing- depending on how fast you go it's cardio. Add some canned fruits or veggies and you've got some weights- get curling.
