Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Fo some reason, I seem to be gaining weight. I'm up 1.8lb from my last weigh-in, yet I haven't had a cheat day or skipped the gym or anything out of the ordinary. I made my diary public so if some really wise people don't mind - can you please check it out and let me know what you think I should be changing? If it's the wine, I'm going to be so sad. :frown:

    I've seen a lot of people recommend for women to eat their exercise calories back. you may want to give that a go and see if it helps you. I'm no professional but you have had a few days under 1200 calories with 400-600 cals of workout.

    Thanks - I didn't think I was exercising enough for it to make a difference in the calories that I'm eating. I'm not really that consistant so I'll go 4 days in a row then not at all for 3 days. I thought getting my calories down consistantly would be more important.

    I've been eating enough to feel satisfied after meals and not really hungry at any point of the day, but I'll definitely try eating more if that's what works. I still have my head stuck on eating as close to 1200 calories as possible, haven't really factored the expended calories from exercise into that. Thanks!
