Last summer I barely exercised. I have been visiting the gym for between three and five days a week since January. I do a mix of HIIT and strength (just dumbbells up to 7kg, no really heavy lifting) I haven't followed a strict diet but over the course of a year have tried to make better choices.

Here is how I've changed and why it's important not to get too hung up on what the scales say:

Bust: down 7cm
That nasty roll under my bust: down 6cm
Waist: down 3cm
Tummy: down 10cm
Hip: down 9cm
Thigh: down 1.75cm total cm loss = 36.75 (or 14.4 inches)!

Weight: get this.....7 pounds heavier, but who cares, I am smaller

Patience is a virtue, and it is all working, in it's own good time!
Now if I just focus on my diet a bit more, just think what could happen!
