Sigh. I've been logging all of my calories daily, pretty much always just under the amount. I measure my food. I exercise (currently doing my last day of Level 1 of 30 Day Shred) just about every day. I drink a ton of water.

I'm 5'5'' currently at 171 and my goal is 150. I'm trying to be patient but it was coming off so slowly when I started in May and now not at all (for at least 3 weeks.) I don't expect it over night but I should be further along in my weight loss than I am. Kinda bummed :(

Are you taking measurements, with the first 10 days of 30 Day Shred both my wife and I lost inches not pounds, I haven't done stage 2 yet but she is and the weight is coming down too.

I am measuring too and I have lost inches since I started 30 DS, but no lbs. I know inches matter more, but when you're trying to reach a healthy BMI the # on the scale seems daunting.

It will come, my wife just had a 10 day stint of no movement on the scale and then dropped 4.2lbs in one day. As other people have said, its a marathon not a sprint

And the BMI is only a guideline, there are lots of people that are fit, muscly and over their BMI
