Small Goal

I know this is not a big goal but I went for my re-check of my weight for my employer Health Risk Assesment and I have met my BMI goal!!! Now my health insurance will not go up due to my BMI. Only 10 pounds but it is a small milestone and I am happy!!! I love this website!!!

    I think you should be very proud. Don't downplay it by saying it's not a "big goal" or a big deal. Every pound is a big deal! Great job!
