Downward spiral

So I've been at this for a little over a month. I was really positive, super motivated and losing about 2lbs a week. Then one day my scales told me I'd lost. 7lbs in one week. Double checked. Got super Excited, to then realise they were malfunctioning. Since then, I seem to stay at exactly the same weight and I'm finding it really hard to motivate myself. I went from feeling really positive, and confident to feeling like I'm one of "those" people who will always be big.
Ugh.
I don't know how to snap out of it. I'm off to Zumba in a minute and hope that will help.

I've been there back when I was using Weight Watchers. Every time I get depressed now I just think about how miserable I was before and how great I feel now losing weight.

I know exactly how you feel. Then I tried adding a few more rules to my lifestyle that seems to help quite a bit.
Besides drinking a crapton of water a day, don't ever fall asleep with food in your stomach. That seems so basic I know, but if you cut off your consumption at around 7 or 8pm and fall asleep around 11pm or 12am, you'll wake up hungry.
Edit: Truly though its all about finding what works for you, for example I enjoy working out at night after dinner because I feel like it jump starts my metabolism before I fall asleep.0 -

But really, 8 lbs in a month is fantastic! You have been working really hard. Don't give up. Remember slow and steady wins the race.0 -
Stay off the scale!! Do not let it dictate how you should feel about yourself! Go by how you feel in your clothes!0

Throw the scale away and base your progress on how your clothes fit!0
