I finally convinced him to try out the mfp app, and as we all know it's a much better experience when you have friends to cheer you on.

So yeah, I promised him it wasn't a woman only site, and that there are lots of guys on here losing weight and getting ripped. So please friend 'matteblk' if you can! :)
