Wondering why I haven't lost weight?

I have been using My Fitness Pal for about 3 weeks - I am allowed 1200 calories/day and I stick to within that by +/- 50 calories. I excersice 3-4 times a week and I have not lost a single pound. I was consuming closer to 2000+ calories/day and I was very sedentary prior to starting My Fitness Pal. Any tips on what I can do or why I am not losing?

    If you make your diary public, we'd be more able to give you some advice.

    Are you eating your exercise calories? You probablly should be. And how much do you have to lose? You have may have your weekly goal set too high.
