Hello everybody. I am on my 2nd day of Ripped in 30. I want to put it in my exercisse log, but I don't know what to put it under. Anybody who uses Ripped in 30, what do you put it as?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Marking my place as I'd like to know how to add 30 Day Shred....0

If you have a heart monitor that can guesstimate calories burned, you can create your own exercise and it will be more accurate. However, you can also log it as circuit training.0

I've never done that dvd, but if it's like her other dvds (30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones) then I would recommend logging it as circuit training. When I logged my session of 30 Day Shred I would log 20 minutes because I excluded the warm-up and cool-down. I hope that works for you!0

I would also suggest a heart rate monitor because the estimates in the MFP calculator can be waaaay off. I'm currently doing Ripped in 30 and I've averaged anywhere from 160-215 calories burned, and I'm 5'6" and 140 lbs. However, I have MFP friends who burn 404 calories per session. Typically the more weight you are carrying the more calories you burn that's why its different for everyone, and of course how hard you are pushing yourself in the workout.
*edit: I created my own exercise and call it Ripped and log it as that, but circuit training would be appropriate.0
