So, I went to the cinema with my friends and the pic n mix counter was too much of a lure.... BUT I brought a small rather than a large and I shared it with a friend and i only ate about ten sweets in all.
For me this is a miracle :-) normally I'd have gorged an entire large tub before the film started.
So I'm feeling rather happy ...
As I said its only small but at least it's something right?
