I'm wondering how do you post on your profile that you do P90X? Everytime i type it in says cannot be found. Can anyone help me?

Your best bet is to buy a good heart rate monitor that also calculates calories burned and then input each workout individually. After you input the new workout once, it will be there for you to select the next time.0

I've always used circuit training for the resistance based workouts; aerobics - high impact for the cario ones and yoga for well yoga. I'd wear a HRM with chest strap if you don't have one as it'll give you a more accurate estimate of calories burned. I simply change the amount of time to correspond with the calories burned on my HRM.0

Pierced... you better put up a picture of your *kitten*, before and after p90x. Create a new workout and do like JasonTheKidd said. I did that for everyday of the workout and use it as needed. Cardiac done that as well.0
