:smile: Hi. I am just wondering if anyone Is losing weight on protein shakes. I have heard a few people saying they are losing weight with them, but I do not know which ones they are.

    I am losing weight on Optifast but you need to to through a doctor to get Optifast.

    Thanks for your reply. I was under my doctor with my weight and was put on xenical, which are no longer on the market. :frown:
    But he has not mentioned me trying anything else.
