For those that don't know, Airsoft is a Military Simulation style game where you get geared up in military gear and do ops, sometimes simple, like deathmatch, but also objective based, like cap the flag or my favorite, VIP where one team guards a VIP and the other tries to take him. Also Ambush is fun. Anyway, My wife (CurvyMomo3) and I play every Sunday and I'm just curious who else plays?????

My kid plays this with his friends. I prefer NOT to let people shoot at me.
  • After being shot at with real ammo in Afghanistan for 18 months, I prefer to avoid any military simulation games....

Pretty much the sentiment I've heard from most military/ex-military- I should say that have been in your situation.

That's cool. We have a few guys in our area that are ex-military (Yes, they were active) and play. I guess some people like the rush. There was a guy for a long time whop played regularly who was special forces and MAN he was amazing. He was a BIG broad shouldered black dude I specify so you can imagine. Big like the guy in Green Mile. Anyway, he would walk into the field and if you turned your head, he was gone. A freking ghost! lol.
  • Hi there.
Sorry to resurrect an old post but I've just started using MFP and also enjoy Airsoft. I was just wondering if and how you track this at all? I usually skirmish all day (10:00 - 17:00) with an hour break for lunch.
I like to get stuck in so it's quite a bit of running and with all that gear on so surely that must be quite a big calorie burner!

    Thanks
