Benefits Of Yoga?

I've been told Yoga is mainly for strength training and stability. But would you be able to lose weight with Yoga? Would it be good for as a stable part of a fitness plan?

Weight loss is mostly about your eating habits. But you can certainly lose weight with proper eating habits and yoga, no high intensity exercise. My boyfriend lost the first 40 lbs of his weight lose that way.
There are lots of other benefits to yoga as well. The benefit I like most is the stress relief. My job can be fairly stressful. Coming home putting on my Yoga station on Pandora and doing a dozen or so Sun Salutations is great!0
