Lost weight just to gain it back again. Ahhh!! >.<

So I started using Hydroxycut Pro-Clinical. I've always known I had an issue with my diet, most specifically with how much I ate. Incorporating a healthy diet and lifestyle was never truly an issue. With a little bit of research, persistence, and lots of motivation I semi got into eating healthy. The thing is: I never saw a reciprocal change in my weight when I ate healthier.
I started taking Hydroxycut (approximately 2 weeks ago)and everything went well: my appetite was suppressed (exactly what I wanted), I stuck to my diet, and exercised more consistently. In the span of a week I went from 193 to 181. Then my period came and I just hit a major road block. Long story short, I gave in to my hunger cravings, subsequently wrecking my diet with mini kit kats bars and magnum white chocolate bars (now I'm 187.2). Ahh, I feel so frustrated. I understand losing weight is a constant habit-changing journey but these setbacks kill me. I feel as if I have to put in 1000% of my will to be healthy and lose 1lb but it only takes a subconscious slip for me to gain all of the weight back and more. Please someone help me with any tips for being consistent in my weight loss (especially when I have potential set backs).

Do you workout? I am SO much more motivated to eat healthy when I'm working out daily. I injured my knee and have been inoperable for about a week... and I'm slacking on my diet. Still within my calorie allowance, but more than usual. Anyway, the amazing feeling of a hard workout seems to motivate me to eat healthier.
Also, just THINK how QUICKLY you lost that weight, and how QUICKLY you can do it again... impossible not to motivate!!0
